Shipping |
We ship to the U.S.A. and International as well. All items will be shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Payment received by 1:00PM (pacific time) will ship that same day. We ship using USPS. We mostly ship 1st class or Priority mail but also offer Express mail as well. Prices vary depending on weight and actual item purchased. Prices are posted. If you do not see your Country, please email us and we will give you price quote to your country. |
Delivery |
All orders will be shipped out same day if paid by 2:00PM (pacific time), otherwise, we ship out within 24 hours of receiving payment. We also ship out on Saturday as well. |
Refunds & Returns |
We will accept return merchandise only if damaged, or not as described in our sale. When you receive your item, examine it carefully. This includes checking for any defects and making sure it is what you have ordered. If there is a problem with the item, simply let us know within 24 hours upon receiving your item. After this period we will not accept any returns, NO EXCEPTIONS. HAIR SYSTEMS- Please inspect your new system. Make sure your delivered package has not been damaged. If damaged, please refuse package and contact us immediately!. Upon inspecting your hair system, please make sure it is not damaged. Each hair system is custom made using measurements you give us. If there is any problem, please give us a call. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR SYSTEM THAT YOU HAVE ALTERED IN ANY WAY. IE, cut & removal of lace around perimeter of wig or haircut. NO EXCEPTIONS!. |
